明确物种分布区范围是对物种进行有效保护管理的基础。为全面了解国内外物种分布区预测研究进展及热点,基于Citespace软件,以WOS核心数据库、中国知网CNKI数据库中相关研究文献为研究对象,归纳国内外该研究领域的发展历程,总结其研究热点与趋势。结果表明,中外物种分布预测研究发展历程大致相同,可分为初级探索阶段与高速发展阶段;生物入侵范围预测、气候变化对物种分布格局的影响、Maxent模型的应用等内容是初期的研究热点,基于R语言的多模型联合优化研究、传染病病原体的传播及扩散路径预测、珍稀濒危物种种群动态预测等研究方向是目前的研究趋势与热点。就物种分布预测研究发展方向进行了讨论。 |

Defining the range of species distribution areas is the basis for effective species protection and management. In order to fully understand the research progress and hotspots of species distribution area prediction at home and abroad, this paper used Citespace software to study the relevant research documents in the WOS core database and CNKI database, and summarized the development history and research hotspots and trends of this field. The results showed that the development process of the research on species distribution predictions at home and abroad was roughly the same, which was divided into the primary exploration stage and the rapid development stage; the prediction of biological invasion range, the impact of climate change on species distribution and the application of MaxEnt model were the research hotspots in the early stage, while the multi-model joint optimization research based on R-language, the transmission and diffusion path prediction of infectious disease pathogens, and the population dynamics prediction of rare and endangered species were current research trends and hotspots. Finally, this paper put forward the discussion and thinking on the development direction of species distribution prediction research. |
