      为提升南宁园博园游憩质量,选择29项评价因子运用层次分析法构建游客满意度评价体系,通过问卷数据模糊综合评价游客满意度,对影响游客满意度的显著性评价因子进行IPA分析。结果表明:南宁园博园游客总体满意度为4.023,总体达到满意以上水平,其中空气质量满意度(4.405)最高,餐饮便利设施满意度(3.444)最低;多达23项评价因子与游客满意度呈强相关关系,相关性系数排名前5的评价因子从高到低依次为设施维护(R=0.746)、治安环境(R=0.733)、展园主题特色(R=0.698)、空间多样性(R=0.688)、文化创意(R=0.687);IPA分析得出水景质量、外部交通便捷程度、交通用时为主要劣势,需重点改进。最后提出加强水体治理、完善基础设施、提升园外交通、创新主题活动等优化建议。

      In order to improve the recreational quality of Nanning Garden Expo Park, 29 evaluation factors were selected to construct the tourist satisfaction evaluation system by using the analytic hierarchy process. Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the questionnaire data, the significant evaluation factors influencing the tourist satisfaction were found, and IPA (importance satisfaction) analysis was carried out to explore the strategies to improve the tourist satisfaction. The results showed that the overall satisfaction of visitors to Nanning Garden Expo Park was 4.023, which was above the satisfaction level, and the satisfaction of air quality (4.405) was the highest, and that of catering facilities (3.444) was the lowest; as many as 23 evaluation factors had a strong correlation with tourist satisfaction, and the top 5 evaluation factors of the correlation coefficient were facility maintenance (R=0.746), public security environment (R=0.733), theme features (R=0.698), spatial diversity (R=0.688) and cultural creativity (R=0.687); IPA analysis showed that waterscape quality, external traffic convenience and traffic time were the main disadvantages, which needed to be improved. Finally, this paper put forward some optimization suggestions, such as strengthening water treatment, improving infrastructure, improving traffic outside the park and innovating theme activities.
