| 以河南省封丘县教育园区为例，对其总体规划、主体人群、交通方式进行分析，得出封丘县教育园区建设慢行系统的必要性。以绿色交通为理念，提出以点为魂，激发封丘活力慢行核；以线为骨，构建层次分明的慢行廊道；以面为载体，打造具有封丘特色的慢行区等规划策略，以及突出层次分明的特色慢行网络、构建融通城区的细密慢行网络、完善园区人性化设计的规划目标，为园区居民提供安全舒适的出行权利。 |

| This paper analyzed the overall planning, main population and transport mode of Fengqiu County Education Park in Henan Province, and concluded the necessity of building a non-motorized traffic system in the Education Park. Based on the concept of green transport, this paper proposed to take the point as the soul to stimulate the vitality of non-motorized core, the line as the bone to build a layered non-motorized corridor, and the area as the carrier to create the non-motorized area with local characteristics, as well as put forward the planning objectives of highlighting the characteristic network at different levels, building the network connected with the urban area, and improving the humanized design of the park, so as to provide safe and comfortable travel rights for the residents. |
