      探究大兴安岭不同龄组(幼龄林、中龄林、近成熟林)杜香-兴安落叶松原始林植物器官与土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷元素含量变化及其化学计量特征,比较兴安落叶松不同器官(叶、枝、干、根)和土壤C、N、P含量及比值的差异,探究其随林龄的变化和相互关系。结果表明,随着林龄增加,有机碳含量在叶片和枝条中呈上升趋势,细根中呈先下降后缓慢上升趋势,树干中变化不明显。全氮和全磷含量依次为:叶片>细根>主干>枝条和叶片>细根>枝条>主干,随林龄增加,主干和细根中全氮含量先下降后升高,枝条和主干中全磷含量呈上升趋势;随着林龄增加,0~60 cm土层有机碳、全氮和全磷含量为中龄林>近熟林。C/N比值在中龄林和成熟林中随土层深度加深而上升,C/P、N/P比值则相反。C/N比值在近熟林中表现为随土层深度加深而显著下降,C/P、N/P比值则逐渐上升。林龄变化是影响植物器官与土壤C、N、P含量及其化学计量比值的重要因素,而植物器官和土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷含量间均不存在显著相关性,说明土壤养分对乔木器官3种成分影响较小,更多的是植物体自身遗传特性的影响。

      The contents and stoichiometric characteristics of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in plant organs of Ledum palustre-Larix gmelinii primary forest with different age groups (young forest, middle-aged forest and nearly mature forest) in the Greater Khingan Mountains were studied. The contents and ratios of C, N and P in different organs (leaves, branches, stems and roots) of Larix gmelinii were compared to explore the changes and relationship with forest age. The results showed that with the increase of forest age, the content of organic carbon increased in leaves and branches, decreased first and then increased slowly in fine roots, and the change in trunk was not obvious. The order of total nitrogen content was leaf>fine root>trunk>branch while the order of total phosphorus content was leaf>fine root>branch>trunk. With the increase of forest age, the content of total nitrogen in trunk and fine root decreased first and then increased, and the content of total phosphorus in branch and trunk showed an upward trend; the contents of organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in 0~60 cm soil were medium-aged forest>nearly mature forest. The C/N ratio increased with the deepening of soil depth in middle-aged and mature forests, while the C/P and N/P ratios were opposite. The C/N ratio in nearly mature forest decreased significantly with the deepening of soil layer, while the C/P and N/P ratios increased gradually. The study found that the change of forest age was an important factor affecting contents and stoichiometric characteristics of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus in plant organs, while there was no significant correlation between the plant organs and the contents of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus, indicating that soil nutrients had little influence on the content of plant organs, but more influence on the genetic characteristics of plants themselves.
