| 采用访谈、查阅动物档案，实地调研等方法，进行云南省陆生野生动物人工繁育产业情况调查。结果表明，全面禁食野生动物后，云南省野生动物人工繁育产业生产和管理发生根本性改变，繁育单位数量仅为禁食前的1/10，繁育物种类群集中，繁育目的从以食用为主的生产经营性繁育转变为以观赏性繁育为主，部分监管难点、盲点得到控制或消除。分析产业变化情况发现，尚存在规章制度落实不到位，部分单位繁育目的不明确等问题。提出加强对繁育产业的安全管理，提升观赏展演单位动物繁育管理能力，进一步巩固全面禁食野生动物工作成果等建议。 |

| The artificial breeding industry of terrestrial wild animals in Yunnan Province was investigated by means of interview, consulting archives and field investigation. The results showed that after the complete fasting of wild animals, the production and management of artificial breeding industry of wild animals in Yunnan Province had fundamentally changed, the number of breeding units was only 1/10 of that before the fasting, the breeding species groups were concentrated, the breeding purpose changed from production and business breeding based on eating to ornamental breeding, and some regulatory difficulties and blind spots was controlled or eliminated. The analysis for the changes of the industry found some problems, that the implementation of rules and regulations was not in place, and the breeding purpose of some units was not clear. Therefore, this paper suggested to strengthen the safety management of breeding industry, improve the animal breeding management ability of ornamental performance units, and further consolidate the achievements of comprehensive fasting of wild animals. |
