      开展生态保护红线监测与评估是红线管控中必不可少的工作。以青岛市生态保护红线为研究对象,以生态功能、面积、性质为主线,运用净初级生产力(NPP)定量指标评估法对水源涵养功能、水土保持功能、生物多样性维护功能开展生态服务功能评价,利用高分辨率卫星遥感解译结果分析生态系统类型面积以及生态用地性质情况。结果表明,青岛市生态保护红线生态服务功能以水土保持生态功能为主,主要生态系统类型为森林生态系统,非生态用地占比较高,说明生态保护红线服务功能较强,能够维护区域生态环境安全,但同时易受到人类活动的干扰,生态服务功能易遭到破坏。掌握了生态保护红线区的本底基础状况,为下一步生态保护红线的严格守护、科学评估和有效监管提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Monitoring and evaluation of ecological red line is an essential work in red line management and control. The net primary productivity (NPP) quantitative index evaluation method was used to estimate the water conservation services, soil and water conservation services, and biodiversity of the ecological red line in Qingdao by taking the ecological function, area and nature as the main line, and the interpretation results of high-resolution satellite remote sensing was used to analyze the area of ecosystem type and the nature of ecological land. The results showed that the service of the ecological red line in Qingdao was mainly the water and soil conservation, the main ecosystem type was forest ecosystem, and the proportion of non ecological land was relatively high, indicating that the service of ecological red line was strong, which could maintain the regional ecological security but was easy to be disturbed or destroyed by human activities. This study made out the status of ecological red line area and provided reference for strict protection, scientific evaluation and effective supervision of ecological red line next.
