| 开展土地资源承载力评价，对于地区可持续发展意义重大。以澄江市孤山村为研究对象，从耕地、建设用地、生态用地3个方面构建土地资源承载力评价指标体系，采用承载指数法对孤山村土地资源承载力进行评价。结果表明，孤山村耕地处于承载力弱区，建设用地、生态用地处于承载力平衡区，总体上孤山村土地资源处于“平衡”状态，具有较大的发展空间和开发潜力，与孤山村实际情况较为符合。依据研究结果，提出可通过科学的村庄规划和政策导向，提高土地资源利用效率，促进经济与资源环境协调可持续发展。 |

| To evaluate the carrying capacity of land resources is of great significance for the sustainable development of the region. Taking Gushan Village of Chengjiang City as the research object, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of land resource carrying capacity from the three aspects of cultivated land, construction land and ecological land, and used the bearing index method to evaluate the land resource carrying capacity of Gushan Village. The results showed that the cultivated land of Gushan Village was in the weak bearing capacity area, and the construction land and ecological land were in the balance bearing capacity area. The overall land resources of Gushan Village were in the “balance” state, with a large development space and potential, which was more consistent with the actual situation of Gushan Village. According to the research results, this paper suggested that the village planning and policy guidance could improve the efficiency of land resource utilization and promote the coordinated and sustainable development of economy, resources and environment. |
