| 为有效预防和扑救森林火灾，遵循森林防火规划基本原则，结合嫩江市基本林情及地域发展状况，分析嫩江市防火规划的紧迫性，提出嫩江市防火规划应加强森林防火监测系统、网络传输系统、云值守平台系统、无人机巡查系统、指挥中心建设及配备必要的防火物资，以期能够提高预防和扑救森林火灾的综合能力，保护森林资源，维护和改善生态环境，保护重要基础设施和人民群众生命财产安全，维护社会安定。 |

| In order to effectively prevent and put out forest fires, this paper followed the basic principles of forest fire prevention planning to analyze the urgency of fire prevention planning based on the basic forest conditions and the regional development situation of Nenjiang City, and put forward the main contents of Nenjiang City fire prevention planning, including the strengthening of the forest fire prevention monitoring system, network transmission system, cloud watch platform system, unmanned aerial vehicle patrol system, the construction of command centers and necessary fire prevention materials, with a view to improving the comprehensive ability to prevent and fight forest fires, protect forest resources, maintain and improve the ecological environment, protect important infrastructure and people′s lives and property security, and maintain social stability. |
