| The green development in Chishui River basin had many difficulties, such as the uncoordinated “three living spaces”, lack of comprehensive control measures, weak foundation of green development, and lack of leading role in the green industry. This paper suggested to innovate management mode, plan top-level design, establish the concept of comprehensive watershed management, conduct in a coordinated way the conservation of mountain, river, forest, farmland, lake, grassland and desert ecosystems, cultivate the green industrial chain, improve the ecological compensation mechanism, build the protection and development of diversified investment and financing qualification bureau and other watershed development strategies, and explore a new way of ecological priority and green development. |
