| 随着城市更新的不断深入，老旧小区的更新改造已经成为未来城市规划建设的重要内容之一，在扩大内需、提升城市发展活力、满足人民美好生活需要方面具有重大意义。针对老旧小区室外环境存在的活动空间破败、功能服务设施缺位、道路交通无序、绿化景观能力不足、人文精神缺失等问题，以郑州市国棉一厂小区更新改造为例，运用行为交互、知觉交互和情感交互等设计策略，探讨交互性景观设计理论下老旧小区室外环境的改造方法，进行老旧小区室外环境更新的实践探索，以期为后续老旧小区室外环境改造提供借鉴。 |

| With the continuous deepening of urban renewal, the renovation and transformation of old communities has become one of the important contents of future urban planning and construction, which is of great significance in expanding domestic demand, enhancing urban development vitality, and meeting people′s needs for a better life. In view of the dilapidated activity space, lack of functional service facilities,disordered road traffic, insufficient green landscape capacity, and lack of humanistic spirit in the outdoor environment of the old community, this paper discussed the renovation methods of the outdoor environment of the old community under the interactive landscape design theory by using the design strategies of behavioral interaction, perceptual interaction and emotional interaction, and conducted the practical exploration of the outdoor environment renovation of the old community based on the case of the No.1 State-owned Textile Factory Community in Zhengzhou, in order to provide a reference for the subsequent outdoor environment renovation of the old community. |
