| 采用文献检索的方法，收集并分析近10年来国内鸟类物种新纪录文献的主要发表期刊和发表时间，通过检索的查准率和查全率研判文献存在的问题，提出规范建议。结果发现，鸟类新纪录文献存在查全率偏低（70.47%），地域级别含糊，无关键词，刊发时滞逐年增长等问题。基于此，提出新纪录文献撰写建议：规范题目，包括明确鸟种名和新纪录行政区域界线，建议为“地域范围+新纪录行政级别+鸟类新纪录——鸟名（拉丁名）”；增加关键词；通过增加专刊、专栏或者网络独立发布以缩短刊发时滞。 |

| This paper collected and analyzed the main journals and publication dates about new records of bird species in China in the past 10 years by using the method of literature search,and identified the problems based on the accuracy and recall of the search. The results showed that the recall ratio was low (70.47%), the geographical level was ambiguous, there were no keywords, and the publication days increased year by year. Therefore, this paper put forward the following suggestions for writing article of new records, such as standardized topics, including clearing bird species names and the administrative region level of the new record, adding keywords,and shortening the publication days by increasing special journal, column or online independent publication. |
