      对奈曼旗沙地生态修复的生态、经济和社会三个方面采用市场代替法进行综合效益评价。利 用2001—2021 年相关数据,构建生态修复的综合效益评价体系,研究奈曼旗沙地生态修复的综合 效益价值量规律,分析生态效益、社会效益和经济效益三者之间的耦合度及耦合协调度。研究表 明,从效益价值量来看,期间奈曼旗沙地生态修复的生态效益子系统、社会效益子系统及经济效益 子系统价值量总体均呈上升趋势,综合效益总价值增长约50 亿元。从耦合度来看,耦合度C 值由 2001 年的0. 257 增长至2021 年的0. 942。耦合类型变化为2001 年呈低水平耦合阶段,2002年呈 拮抗阶段,2003—2008年为磨合阶段,2009—2021 年为高水平耦合阶段。从耦合协调度来看,耦合 协调度D值由2001 年的0.091上升至2021年的0.887,相对应的耦合协调程度变化为2001— 2007年生态—社会—经济效益子系统呈失调衰退阶段,其中2001年为极度失调阶段,2008年呈濒 临失调衰退阶段,2009—2021年呈协调发展阶段,且在2021年呈良好协调阶段。

      In this paper, the comprehensive ecological, economic and social benefits of ecological restoration of sandy land in Naiman Banner were evaluated by market substitution method. Based on the ecological, social and economic data of Naiman Banner from 2001 to 2021, the comprehensive benefit evaluation system of ecological restoration of sandy land in Naiman Banner was constructed. The comprehensive benefit value law was studied, and the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree among ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit were analyzed. The results showed that from the perspective of benefit value, the value of ecological benefit subsystem, social benefit subsystem and economic benefit subsystem of ecological restoration showed an overall rising trend from 2001 to 2021, and the total value of comprehensive benefit increased by about 5 billion yuan. From the perspective of coupling degree, the coupling degree C value increased from 0. 257 in 2001 to 0. 942 in 2021. The change of coupling type was low level coupling stage in 2001, antagonism stage in 2002, running-in stage from 2003 to 2008, and high level coupling stage from 2009 to 2021. From the perspective of coupling coordination degree, the coupling coordination degree D value increased from 0. 091 in 2001 to 0. 887 in 2021. The corresponding change of coupling coordination degree was the stage of imbalance and recession among ecological, social and economic benefit subsystems from 2001 to 2007, the stage of extreme imbalance in 2001, the stage of towards recession in 2008, the stage of coordinated development from 2009 to 2021, and the stage of good coordination in 2021.
