对不同浓度赤霉素处理下的西藏白皮松种子出苗量以及不同育苗基质的西藏白皮松幼苗苗高和地径两个指标进行差异性综合评价。使用3 种浓度为800、1 000、1 200 mg/L 的赤霉素处理种子,设置空白对照组CK。以云南松森林腐殖土、耕作土、红土、菌包土为育苗基质原材料,加入少量珍珠岩、蛭石,按照同体积称重方式配制成3种育苗基质,设置空白对照组CK,按照随机区组3次重复试验设计方法,布置育苗基质对西藏白皮松育苗影响的田间试验。结果表明,赤霉素浓度为1 000 mg/L时,出苗率效果最好。根据3 期的实验调查,4种不同的育苗基质对西藏白皮松幼苗的生长量差异显著。基质2(森林腐殖土+泥炭土+蛭石)的理化性质为幼苗提供了充足的生长条件,对幼苗的生长量影响最大,其次为基质3(红土+森林腐殖土+珍珠岩),基质1(红土+耕作土+森林腐殖土)的表现欠佳。 |

The germination rate of Pinus gerardiana seeds treated with different concentrations of gibberellin
and the height and ground diameter of Pinus gerardiana seedlings with different seedling matrix were
comprehensively evaluated. Three concentrations of gibberellin at 800, 1 000 and 1 200 mg/L were used to
treat seeds, and CK was set as blank control. The forest humus soil, cultivated soil, laterite and bacteria
coated soil were used as the raw materials of seedling matrix and a small amount of perlite and vermiculite
were added to prepare three kinds of seedling matrix according to the same volume weighing method. A
blank control group CK was set up. According to the design method of three repeated trials in a randomized
block, the field experiment of the effect of seedling matrix on the seedling growth of Pinus gerardiana was arranged. The results showed that gibberellin had the best germination rate at a concentration of 1 000 mg/L.
According to the 3-stage experimental investigation, there were significant differences in the growth yield of
Pinus gerardiana seedlings with 4 different growing matrix. The physical and chemical properties of Matrix
2 (forest humus+peat+vermiculite) provided sufficient growth conditions for the seedlings, which had the
greatest influence on the growth of the seedlings, followed by Matrix 3 (laterite +forest humus +perlite),
and the performance of Matrix 1 (laterite +cultivated soil +forest humus) was poor. |
