| 科学开展天然林调查核实是摸清天然林底数,全面实施天然林保护修复,保障林权权利人和经营主体合法权益的必然要求。在云南省天然林调查核实实地调研的基础上,针对天然林认定标准、技术路线、调查核实范围、调查核实对象、调查核实内容等关键环节进行分析研究,提出了尽快研究出台天然林鉴定技术规范及天然林修复技术规程,对天然林实行年度动态监测和每10年全面普查1 次等建议。 |

| Scientific investigation and verification of natural forests is an inevitable requirement to find
out the base number of natural forests, fully implement the protection and restoration of natural forests and
protect the legitimate rights and interests of forest right holders and management subjects. Based on the
natural forests field investigation and verification in Yunnan Province, this paper analyzed the key core
technologies such as natural forests identification standard, technical routes, investigation and verification
scope, investigation and verification object, investigation and verification content, and put forward the
proposal to study and issue natural forests identification technical specifications and natural forests restoration
technical specifications as soon as possible, and implement annual dynamic monitoring and 10-year
comprehensive census of natural forests. |
